Welcome to Zzzify, a nap timer application developed and owned by ERX CONNECT. By downloading, installing, accessing or using Zzzify, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions . If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zzzify. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Purpose of the App
Zzzify is a simple nap timer designed to help you set and manage short naps using countdown timers and alarm sounds. It is for general wellness and productivity support only and is NOT a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Use of the App
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the source code.
- Not use the App in a way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or our servers.
4. Accounts (if applicable)
If the App allows you to create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. In-App Purchases
If we offer any paid features or in-app purchases, all sales are handled by the respective app store (Google Play / Apple App Store). Their payment terms and refund policies apply.

All content in the App, including the name Zzzify, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to ERX CONNECT and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zzzify is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- the App will be error-free or uninterrupted,
- the timers or alarms will always work under all conditions (e.g., device battery, OS restrictions, Do Not Disturb mode, etc.).
Always make sure your device volume, notifications and system settings allow alarms to ring.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERX CONNECT and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including missed alarms, oversleeping, or any loss of data or productivity.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update or change the App and these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available at:

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
